Set up by Barry Marsh in 1990's, NBEC was relaunched in 2006 to help solve climate change chaos through bicycle culture and community involvement

Rising Tide is a grassroots action group from Newcastle, mostly acting on Climate Change and Coal. RTN formed in mid-late 2004.

Novocastrians Against Nuclear (NAN) began in the beginning of 2007. It is a very small group (with little capacity). It's aim is to act as a local information hub to spread the word about different anti-nucler campaigns across Australia. It is mostly dormant but can undertake specific tasks and projects when they arise.

We're a newly formed collective with the intention of helping out enviro groups on the 'net. If you need help with your website, e-list, or other technology, let us know!
